Response Maintenance offering a 24hr call-out service to clients such as SWAST (Ambulance Service) which covers 4 counties (Cornwall, Devon Somerset and Dorset). Devon County Council covering schools residential homes etc, and similar coverage for clients such as West Devon Borough Council, local Town Councils, The National Trust, The Duchy of Cornwall, Morwellham Quay Centre, and selected building contractors, one of which primarily works on manor houses and historic buildings.

We undertake domestic work and are registered Part P installers (Building Control Regulations)

We have a long term relationship with a data installation company and have undertaken many projects jointly were we can offer a package for offices, schools, etc.

We are also conscious of energy conservation (I.E. lighting/heating control) and have been involved with a company that install photo-voltaic systems (i.e. Solar Panels) which has proved very interesting and an eye opener as regards to energy costs and reserves.
